Police say Damon Wylie was arrested on Monday and charged with first-degree murder

    A southeastern Pennsylvania man is behind bars charged with killing another man with a pair of scissors.

    Coatesville police say Damon Wylie stabbed 41-year-old Marcus Miles multiple times during a fight on Friday.

    Wylie was arrested Monday on charges including first-degree murder. He's being held without bail at Chester County Prison.

    Court documents say Wylie and Miles scuffled on a street before Miles followed Wylie into a home before the stabbing.

    Wylie was arrested at a hospital in Chester, Delaware County where authorities say he was being treated for injuries associated with the attack.
