A western Pennsylvania man has been acquitted of all charges in the shooting death of a man gunned down while playing dice games in the street in a Pittsburgh-area borough a decade ago.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that jurors in Allegheny County on Friday acquitted 28-year-old Tiaron Moses of McKees Rocks.
Moses had been charged with homicide, conspiracy and a weapons count in the July 2005 death of 24-year-old Jeffrey Williams in Braddock.
Authorities allege that the shooting stemmed from a feud between the victim and 26-year-old Terrance Smith of Duquesne stemming from a drug debt.
Smith is scheduled to stand trial in June in the case. Authorities have said that a third man involved in the shooting was murdered in 2008.
