According to Philly.com, four high-ranking officials in the housing authority who were appointed by ousted former Executive Director Carl Greene were placed on paid leave.

Greene was fired last September under a storm of misconduct allegations, including claims he privately settled sexual harrasment claims.

Carolyn Carter, assistant executive director of operations, Dianne Rosenthal, assistant executive director of finance and administration, Linda Staley, executive general manager of partnership resource development, and Fred Pasour, acting general counsel, were the four executives Philly.com said were placed on paid leave.
