UPDATE: Nelson Armstrong was located and reunited with his family, Philadelphia Police said Tuesday morning.
A 19-year-old from Oregon went missing during Philadelphia's Budweiser Made in America Festival concert Sunday night, police said.
The teen, Nelson Armstrong, attended the concert with friends and was last seen during the show about 11:30 p.m., police said. He's from Medford, Ore. and is not familiar with Philadelphia.
Police said Armstrong is about 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs around 165 pounds. He's thin and has brown eyes, brownish curly hair. He was wearing a tan "Hershey's" bucket hat, a black button-down shirt, nylon shorts, navy Vans sneakers and a leather chain necklace with a stone on it the last time his friends saw him Sunday night.
