Stellfox was off-duty at the time of the accident.

Stellfox, 33, was riding his motorcycle east on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lower Mifflin Township around 4:45 p.m. when he somehow lost control. The motorcycle struck a guardrail causing Stellfox to fall off the bike.
