Nursing Home Resident Stabbed With Scissors: Police

Emergency crews responded to a nursing home in Bucks County after police say a resident stabbed another in the chest.

Police say both the victim and the suspect live at the Park Avenue Manor Nursing Home on the 400 block of East Park Avenue in Sellersville, Bucks County.

One of the residents grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed another resident, impaling the scissors in the victim’s chest, according to investigators.

A medical helicopter flew the victim from the home. Police have not yet revealed the victim's condition.
