A man is recovering after he was struck by a vehicle in North Philadelphia.
The 20-year-old man was walking on Mascher and Tusculum streets shortly after 5 p.m. Monday when he was struck by the vehicle. He was taken to Temple University Hospital. While he was initially listed extremely critical his condition was later upgraded to stable.
Police say the vehicle stayed at the scene.
