NJ Man Arrested For Not Disclosing HIV to Sexual Partners: Police

A New Jersey man is behind bars for not telling his sexual partners he was HIV-positive, police said.

According to the Easton Police Department, Ricky Daniel Webster is facing six counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person -- two counts for each victim.

Investigators say the 25-year-old Webster had sexual relations with two women in Easton, Pa.

The victims, according to investigators, found out about Webster’s disease after finding information on the internet documenting Webster's arrest in New Jersey, years ago, for having done the same thing there and having served time in prison.

Webster, of Lebanon, New Jersey, was arrested Saturday afternoon.

He is being held at the Northampton County Prison.
