A New Jersey couple celebrating their 20th anniversary plans to renew their vows in a place many New Jersey residents enjoy -- a local bagel store they've visited every day for the past 20 years.
Joanne and Dennis Nadzan say they got the idea from seeing a sister-in-law renew her vows at an Asbury Park arcade that was special to her.
Frank Grauso, owner of Hot Bagels Abroad, tells NorthJersey.com that he's looking forward to the somewhat odd ceremony, adding that one of his previous slogans was "Not your ordinary bagel store.'' The vow renewal ceremony will take place on an outside patio, weather permitting.
The ceremony itself will be private, but the bagel store will remain open for customers throughout.
