Developers are again pushing to build a mixed-use apartment complex in a long-vacant corner of Old City.
Brown Hill development unveiled its site plans to the Historical Commission, which will review the project Tuesday, according to Plan Philly.
The latest iteration of the long-discussed plan includes 148 rental units, 28 parking spaces, 51 bike parking spaces, and more than 14,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.
This is the third attempt to develop the site and Plan Philly said the developers already have applied for a building permit.
