NJ Man Sentenced for Child Porn

Federal prosecutors say a southern New Jersey man who had hundreds of child pornography images on his computer has been sentenced to 37 months in prison.

Christopher Seufert of Brick Township must also register as a sex offender under the sentence imposed this week. He also will have to serve five years of supervised release once he's freed from prison, including computer monitoring and restrictions on contact with minors.

The 32-year-old Seufert had pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

Prosecutors say Seufert had more than 600 images of child porn on his home computer, including some that portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct. He also admitted using his personal email account to send some of the images to himself and store them.
