NJ Man Gets Five Year Sentence for Child Pornography

A judge has sentenced a New Jersey man to five years in prison for distributing child pornography on the internet.

Dimas Zuniga pleaded guilty to a second-degree charge of distribution of child pornography. The 45-year-old Roselle resident must also register as a sex offender under Megan's Law and face lifetime parole supervision.

Zuniga was arrested last year in what law enforcement called "Operation Safeguard," which targeted offenders that used file-sharing software to make multiple child pornography files available through a shared folder.
