A father of three is facing charges stemming from a fight that turned fatal in Williamstown, N.J.

Police say Thomas Johnson, of Virgin Island Drive, got into a fight Monday night outside the Williamstown VFW Hall on Sicklerville Road.

Authorities say the Johnson allegedly punched and kicked 42-year-old Mario Cincerella, causing severe head injuries.

Cincerella spent three days on life support and died Thursday at Cooper Medical Center. An autopsy is being performed by the Gloucester County Medical Examiner's Office.

Police say the fight may have been over an unpaid debt.

Johnson is charged with second-degree aggravated assault. He's locked up on $75,000 bail.
