NJ Father, Girlfriend Accused of Assaulting Man's 2-Year-Old

A southern New Jersey couple accused of seriously injuring the man's young daughter during a recent visit at their home are now facing aggravated assault charges.

Gloucester County prosecutors said 25-year-old Jacob Lihn and 24-year-old Jennifer Pandorf, who live together in Sewell, also face child endangerment charges. Bail was set at $50,000 for Lihn and $40,000 for Pandorf, and it wasn't known Saturday if either one had retained an attorney.

Prosecutors said Lihn's 2-year-old daughter suffered retinal hemorrhaging and bleeding on the brain, but did not say how the injuries allegedly occurred. The child was being treated at a rehabilitation center.

Doctors found the injuries when the girl's mother took her for treatment last month after the toddler returned home from a three-day visit with Lihn.
