NFL Coach's NJ Home Still on Market

Former Rutgers University football coach Greg Schiano's New Jersey home remains on the market even as he struggles as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Schiano recently dropped the price on the home near the Rutgers football stadium to $1.595 million. It was listed for $2.3 million 19 months ago.

His real estate agent, Jerry Kienlen, tells The Star-Ledger of Newark he talked to the coach last week and he still wants to sell it.

Tampa Bay has gone 0-8 under Schiano this season.

Rutgers helped finance the construction, giving Schiano an $800,000 no-interest loan. Schiano sent Rutgers a $300,000 check in January to pay off the loan after he left for Tampa Bay.

Rutgers officials are not interested in the Piscataway property.
