There’s a new consumer initiative at NBC10 called NBC10 Responds. It’s an extension of our NBC10 Investigators, and it’s all about helping you, the people who live in and around Philadelphia. NBC10 Responds is making a commitment that no consumer call or question will go unanswered.
We’ll be able to answer every call and email with the help of our new NBC10 Responds Consumer Investigative Center. The team consists of more than 20 producers whose sole job is to respond to viewers like you who write and call in. Our goal is to get you answers and whenever possible, solutions to your problems.
