A mother and daughter were caught in the crossfire of gun battle Saturday night and no arrests have been made, according to police.
The 15-year-old girl has been upgraded to stable condition. Her mother was treated for a graze wound.
The family was in a minor fender bender with another car Saturday night at 66th and Elmwood, police said.
After the accident, the family was still at the scene when two groups of men on either side of the street started shooting at each other.
Police ask any witnesses to come forward.
