Mo'ne Davis and the Taney Dragons Deliver Highest-Rated Little League World Series Telecast Ever

Mo'Ne Davis may not have gotten the win, but she certainly got the ratings.

Wednesday’s Little League World Series telecast featuring the Philadelphia-based Taney Dragons vs. Nevada delivered a record 3.4 overnight rating, making it the highest-rated LLWS game ever broadcast on ESPN.

Davis' story has resonated in Philadelphia and across the country. She's the only female to earn a win in an LLWS game (a complete game shut out) and one of only a handful to get a hit. She made the cover of Sports Illustrated, been written about in the New York Times and is becoming a household name.
