A Philadelphia man who had been missing since Wednesday was found safe Saturday, according to his family.
Troy Hillanbrand, 30, was last seen Wednesday, Dec. 9, at his home on the 8800 block of Ridge Avenue, police said. Saturday night, a family member of Hillanbrand told NBC10 he had been found safe.
