Snowy conditions are causing headaches for commuters across the region Tuesday morning.
Snowfall was likely heaviest during the morning rush hour causing closures on several major roadways and accidents throughout the area. Northbound lanes on Route 202 were closed most of the morning before reopening arond 10:30 a.m. New Jersey State Police reported 82 accidents across the state as of 10 a.m.
Slippery conditions are leading many drivers to turn around and head home instead of traveling to the office. Others are opting to work from home to avoid the treacherous roads altogether.
