Men Caught With 15 Pounds of Pot: Police

Allentown men arrested after pounds of pot and more than $50,000 were found

Police arrested two Allentown men after allegedly finding them with more than 15 pounds of marijuana and a large amount of money Friday.

Ryan Jason Yoder, 29, of Diane Boulevard in Allentown, and Robert Paul Audibert, 27, of South Church Street in Allentown, were arrested in charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy, police said.

On a tip of a major drug deal, police were watching a location on Lois Lane in Bethlehem, when they saw Yoder arrive at 5:20 p.m., carrying a FedEx box and a plastic bag. Police arrested Yoder and found about 11 pounds of marijuana in the box and $8,000 in the bag.

About 15 minuted later, Audibert arrived at the same location carrying $36,020 in two cigar boxes, police say.

Upon searching Audibert’s home, police found a plastic tub that contained plastic bags full of 4 pounds of pot, packing materials and more than $10,000 in cash and money orders, according to authorities.
