Police arrested a woman who allegedly offered to engage in sexual acts with an undercover police officer at a New Castle County massage parlor.
Investigators say Guang Cao, 44, gave the undercover police officer a massage at the Asian Massage Parlor located on Capitol Trail in Newark. Police say Cao then offered to engage in sexual acts for additional payment. The officer declined the offer and left the parlor, according to investigators.
Cao, who is from Flushing, NY, was arrested without incident.
Charges are pending.
