Two men are hospitalized following an overnight shooting by a masked man on Dauphin and N. Howard Streets Kensington.
One of the victims, a 24-year-old man, is in criticial condition. Police believe he was shot nine times.
The second victim, a 44-year-old man, was shot in the foot. He is in stable condition.
Both are being treated at Temple University Hospital.
Police say the 24-year-old was most likely the target and the 44-year-old, simply an innocent bystander.
