Marital Dispute Ends in Fiery Crash

A married couple's argument ended with a deadly crash Saturday morning, according to investigators in Berks County.

The couple got into an argument in their home. The wife drove off. The husband followed in a second car, trying to get his wife to pull over so they could talk, according to WFMZ.

The husband lost control of his station wagon, crossed into oncoming traffic and hit an SUV head-on, police said. He died and so did a young woman in the SUV.

The accident happened around 10am on Route 100 in Colebrookdale and traffic was still tied up late in the afternoon as police investigated.

The woman, 23-year-old Katelynn Hunt was from Glenmoore, Berks County.

The man, 45-year-old James McManus was from Pike Township, Berks County.

Pennsylvania State Police from the Reading barracks, along with Colebrookdale police are investigating.
