UPDATE: Police say a colllege student shot a would-be robber
A person was shot outside a Philadelphia home this morning.

The unidentified victim was struck outside a home along the 3700 block Brandywine Street in the Mantua neighborhood around 7 a.m.
Officers rushed the victim to the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania where his or her condition wasn’t released.
