Kyle Haley, 30, was walking home early Thursday in Marcus Hook when he was shot and killed.
Police arrived on the 3900 block of Post Road just before 1:00 a.m. and found Haley unconscious, according to the Delaware County Times, and was taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he later died.
His sister tells NBC10 that Kyle was a father of two.
Police told the newspaper that some local youths are possibly "persons of interest" in the shooting.
