Skyforce10 flew over the property on Cumberland Street in Kensington around 10:30 a.m.

Crews had to access the yard from Letterly Street to reach the trapped man.

Philadelphia Licenses & Inspections tells NBC10 the owner of the house was in a small alley behind his home, weeding, when the wall came down on top of him.

Investigators haven't figured out yet why the wall crumbled.

The victim was hospitalized in critical condition.
