Police are on the hunt for a hit-and-run driver who struck a man in West Philadelphia.
Police say a man in his 20’s was on 54th and Market Streets on Friday around 11:30 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle.
The impact sent the man up and over the car. Investigators say the striking vehicle then fled the scene.
The unidentified man was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently in stable condition.
The hit-and-run vehicle is described as a dark-colored 2004 Pontiac with a missing front headlight.
