A New Jersey man who was stabbed inside a Philadelphia bar over the weekend has died from his injuries.

Police say 33-year old Andrew Hazelton from Blackwood, New Jersey, was stabbed early Saturday inside the Bleu Martini, in the Old City neighborhood.

Philadelphia police say he died Sunday afternoon from his injuries.

They say Hazelton was sitting at a table with five women when an argument started between his party and a group at another table. Police say he was stabbed in the neck with an unknown object.

Old City is a popular nightlife spot with bars and restaurants near historic sites like Independence Hall and the Betsy Ross House.
