A man was shot in the face in the parking lot of a Philadelphia police department early Monday, police say.
The 25-year-old victim is in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. There have been no arrests.
Four men were seen running away from the scene on the 5500 block of Osage Avenue at 4 a.m., police say.
When police officers inside the precinct heard gunshots, they ran outside to find the man shot in his jaw.
