Man Shot 4 Times at Sunoco Gas Station in Germantown

A man is fighting for his life after a fight led to a shooting at a Sunoco gas station in the Germantown section of the city.

The 32-year-old victim was on the 6200 block of Germantown Avenue around 3:35 p.m. when a scuffle broke out. During the fight, an unidentified gunman opened fire.

The victim was struck twice in the buttocks and twice in the shoulder. Investigators have not yet revealed whether the man was involved in the initial fight or was an innocent bystander.

The victim managed to drive himself to Chestnut Hill Hospital where he is currently in critical condition. No arrests have been made.
