John Bednarik, 33, of Blandon waived his right to a preliminary hearing that was set to happen on Wednesday. The DeSales University employee is facing multiple charges for allegedly filming three different female co-workers, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.
Upper Saucon Township Police charged Bednarik earlier this month with invasion of privacy after they say he put a camera in his co-worker's office so he could film her breast pumping.
On Tuesday, the District Attorney added two additional counts of attempted invasion of privacy after police claim Bednarik also put a camera in the women's locker room and attempted to get video of his co-worker changing clothes.
The other charge dates back to a February incident, where a third victim reported a man peeking in a locker room window.
Bednarik is currently free on bail.
