Man Robs Toy Store With Airsoft Gun: Cops

A man and a woman were arrested in connection to the robbery of a South Jersey toy store.

Police arrested a woman and a man who they say robbed a local toy store.

On Friday, shortly before 9 p.m., police say a man entered the Happy Hippo Toy Store on the 200 block of Kings Highway East in Haddonfield. The man was armed with an airsoft gun which was modified to look like a real gun, according to investigators. Police say the man stole $150 in cash. No one was injured.

On Saturday police arrested Carlos Cintron Jr. and Jennifer Ciarrocchi, both of Pennsauken. Police say both suspects confessed to the crime.

Cintron Jr. was charged with robbery and possession of a firearm for unlawful purposes.

Ciarrocchi was charged with robbery and conspiracy. Both were remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
