A man is in the hospital after a robbery and shooting at a gas station in Burlington County.
Police say it happened around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday at the Lukoil Gas Station on Route 130 and Charleston Road in Willingboro Township.
Witnesses tell police two men approached a gas station attendant from behind while he was assisting customers. Investigators say one of the suspects pointed a gun at the attendant and demanded money. The attendant gave the suspects an undetermined amount of cash and was then shot in the leg, according to police. Police say the suspects then fled on foot towards Sydney Lane.
Police say the victim's injury is not life-threatening. He was taken to Cooper Hospital where he was treated and released.
The first suspect is described as a thin black male, standing 6-feet. He was last seen wearing dark clothing with red writing on his shirt.
The second suspect is described as a thin black male, standing 5-foot-5. He was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
