Man Killed in Fiery Delaware Crash Identified

Delaware State Police have released the identity of a man who died after his truck struck a tree and burst into flames.

Police identified the 53-year-old driver as Richard Taylor of Middletown, Delaware.

Police say Taylor was driving a 2013 Ford F-150 on Robinsonville Road in Sussex County at 2:15 a.m. on Sunday when the truck veered off the roadway. Police say the truck hit an embankment before crashing into a tree.

Police say Taylor was trapped inside the truck when it became engulfed in flames. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene.
