One man is dead after a shooting in Chester.
On Friday at 4:50 a.m., police responded to a shooting report on 12th and Madison. When they arrived, they found a 29-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso. The victim was taken to the Crozer Chester Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
