Man Killed, Another Hurt in Kensington Shooting

A gunman killed a man and critically injured another during a shooting in the Kensington section of the city Sunday night.

The unidentified suspect opened fire around 8 p.m. on the 2200 block of East Cambria Street. A 32-year-old man was struck twice in the back. He was taken to Episcopal Hospital where he is currently in critical condition.

A 22-year-old man was struck several times in the chest and left side. He was taken to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 8:20 p.m.

Police have not yet identified the victims or released any information on the suspect.
