Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man they say hired a hit man to kill three men. One of the men was allegedly having an affair with his wife.
Paul Vangore, 47, of Montgomery County attempted to hire an undercover police officer -- who he believed was a hit man -- to kidnap and kill a man he thought was having an affair with his wife, as well as two other men, authorities said.
"Mr. Vangore made arrangements to have these individuals taken together and killed and disposed of," said District Attorney Risa Ferman.
Vangore was willing to pay $7,500 for the murders, according to police.
Officials say all three men were former employees of Vangore, a Subway sandwich shop owner.
Vangore had already threatened the man he thought was having the affair with his wife but he felt the affair continued, police said.
That's when he allegedly sought out a hit man.
An undercover investigator met with Vangore at a Cedarbrook Chinese restaurant where the suspect allegedly offered the person he thought was a hit man the money, but with a certain caveat.
"The three individuals were to be kidnapped, were to be taken and before anything was to happen to them he wanted to be sure to see them so that they would know why it was that they were being killed," Ferman said.
Vangore admitted to investigators that not only did he take photos of the three men and his wife, but that he handed them over to the man who thought he was hiring as a hit man, according to court documents.

Vangore is being held on $25 million bail.
“Obviously he is not going to be able to make $25 million bail,” said Vangore’s attorney Francis Rechutti. “They should have realized in dealing with this man that he’s not feeling well and that he clearly wasn’t acting in a sane or rational basis.”
