A woman in Newark, Delaware was on her home computer over the weekend when she looked out the window and saw a stranger in her backyard, masturbating on her picnic table.
She called police right away, walked to the front of her house and discovered a black Ford sedan parked in her driveway. The man fled before police arrived. That was about 3:45 p.m.
But a few hours later, he returned to the victim's house in the Christine Manor development and again parked in her driveway.
Police arrested him on the spot. Robert Meyer, 26, confessed to his involvement, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass, indecent exposure, lewdness and trespassing with intent to peer or peep into a window.
