A man charged in a series of bizarre sexual assaults, involving kissing women’s feet, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday.
Richard Casey, 47, stands accused of multiple counts of indecent assault.
From 2006 to 2007, Casey terrorized women in Philadelphia, allegedly using a gun to rob them and then sexually assaulting them in attacks that involved kissing their feet, police said.
