David Bermudez, 34, of Bethlehem, Pa. is wanted by police for allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend.
Police say around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday, Bermudez grabbed his ex's face with his hands and bit off the left lower part of her ear.
The woman is being treated at St. Lukes University Hospital and authorities say her lower ear was not recovered from the scene of the assault.
Bermudez is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, robbery,recklessly endangering another person, theft and receiving stolen property.
