A Delaware man is facing drug charges after he was allegedly caught cleaning a syringe to shoot heroin on I-95 last week, reports the Delaware County Daily Times.
According to the Times, William Bryson, 25, was stopped on the shoulder of the interstate in Tinicum when a state trooper pulled over to help what he assumed was a broken down vehicle.
What he found was Bryson cleaning a syringe and a bag of what authorities believe is heroin, says the paper.
Bryson allegedly told the trooper that he bought the drugs in Philadelphia, according to the Delco Times.
