James Parham of Englewood has pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance for purposes of engaging in unlawful conduct.

Police had said Parham admitted providing prostitutes to some of his younger neighbors in the building that is owned by the Englewood Housing Authority.

Parham is barred from living in any building owned by the housing authority and must pay more than $1,500 in fines.

Englewood Detective Capt. Tim Torrell tells The Record newspaper Parham has been accepted into an assisted living facility in upstate New York.

Two women arrested in the sweep pleaded guilty to similar charges in August.
