Man Abducts, Slaps Girl Then Drops Her Off: Police

    Philadelphia Police

Police are on the hunt for a man who they say abducted a teen girl and then physically assaulted her.

The 15-year-old girl told police she was walking on the 8700 block of Marsden Street around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Suddenly, the girl says she was approached by a man who forced her inside his vehicle and drove her to Delaware and Linden Avenues. That’s when the man allegedly slapped the girl in the face and then drove back to where he found the girl and dropped her off.

The girl ran home and reported the incident while the suspect drove away from the scene, according to investigators.

The suspect is described as a medium-built white male between the ages of 50 and 60, standing 5-foot-7, with dirty blond hair. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, ripped navy blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.

Police also say he drove a blue 2-door older model car with scratches on the side of the vehicle and leopard covers on the front seats and steering wheel.
