Man, 19, Shot in the Face in Spring Garden

A 19-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the face in the Spring Garden section of the city.

It happened around 11:13 p.m. Friday at 17th and Wallace Streets.

Police say the victim was also shot in the leg.

No arrests have been made.
