An early morning accident has traffic crawling on I-76 eastbound Thursday.
The accident, which involved two tractor-trailers and three passenger vehicles, had 76 east closed for almost about 45 minutes during rush hour.
All lanes have reopened, but commuters are still experiencing major delays.
No word on what caused the accident.
