A woman working as a maid in Bethlehem found 1,400 packets of heroin in a hotel room, according to authorities.
The woman discovered the drugs while cleaning a room at the Comfort Inn in Bethlehem Township.
Investigators say when the maid found the heroin, she turned it over to her manager.
Police say the man renting the room, went to the front desk and told the manager the items had been stolen.
By that time, the manager had already called police.
The suspect was arrested, along with a second man.
Police are still searching for a third person who fled before officers arrived.
