A Philadelphia man and a Cumberland County man were arrested this week as part of an ongoing online child pornography investigation.
Investigators say Gary Toro, 25, and Keith Bell, 53, are both accused of downloading and sharing multiple images of children under the age of 18 engaged in sexually graphic acts and poses, according Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
Toro, of Philadelphia, is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, two counts of possession of child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Bell, of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Agents executed a search warrant at Bell’s home and seized four laptop computers, a desktop computer, and other electronic media, which will be analyzed by the Attorney General's Computer Forensics Unit.
Toro Bell is being held on $150,000 bail.
