The Pennsylvania man accused of stalking superstar Jennifer Aniston last month has been ordered to stay away from the actress -- permanently, according to the man’s lawyer.
On Monday, a California judge issued a permanent restraining order against 24-year-old Jason Peyton prohibiting him from being near the "Friends" star, says attorney Richard Winters.
Peyton, a diagnosed schizophrenic, was taken into custody on July 15 when police found him waiting in his car near Aniston's home with a sharp object and a list of baby name, according to court documents.
A temporary restraining order was granted and the West Norriton man was placed in a mental facility.
Winters says that his client is set to be released from the California mental health facility later this month.
No criminal charges have been filed.
