LiquidHub announced Thursday that it has acquired Redkite, a New York company that helps clients use the Salesforce cloud platform to deliver full end-to-end business solutions. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
It’s the third company LiquidHub has acquired this quarter that is a Salesforce partner. In January, it announced it would merge with ClosedWon and Harvest Solutions.
With these three strategic partners, LiquidHub co-founder and partner Rob Kelley said on Thursday that the company now has “the basis to build the global leadership in Salesforce that we’re looking to achieve.”
LiquidHub, a systems integrator and technology consultancy business based in Wayne, Pa., has been snapping up companies left and right.
Last March, LiquidHub nabbed a $53 million investment led by ChrysCapital. Kelley said these acquisitions are “part of the realization of the vision we had with that investment.”
